CHECK-IN AT RECEPTION :
On arrival, guests are required to hand over valid identity documents at reception and fill out the form for PUBLIC SECURITY and the one for PRIVACY. Accepted documents include: Identity Card, Passport or Driving Licence. Those who are devoid of a regular identity document will have to go to the PUBLIC SECURITY office in Pesaro

On being informed by a guest of his intention to cancel his booking, the hotel reserves the right to the following conditions:
– up to the 30th day before the start of the holiday, the deposit paid will be refunded straightaway.
– From the 29th to the 15th day before the start of the holiday, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
– From the 14th to the last day before the start of the holiday, 100% of the deposit will be retained.
– The Management reserves the right to enable the guest to take advantage of the deposit retained in some other period compatible with the availability of the hotel.
A fine equal to 3 days accommodation will be payable for early departures (as per hotel regulations).
A buffet breakfast is served from 8a.m. to 10a.m.
Lunch is served at 1p.m.
Dinner is served at 7.30p.m.
Guests are kindly requested to respect the timetable, with a maximum of 20 minutes delay at lunch and dinner.
ACCEPTANCE OF ANIMALS:
The hotel offers guests the chance to accommodate small and medium-sized animals on the premises, on the following conditions. The Management must be informed at the moment of booking of the presence of an animal. Inside the hotel, the guest must arrange to keep an eye on the animal so as not to cause annoyance and/or damage to customers and/or the hotel structure. Animals are not allowed in areas of common use. Only those animals that are in accordance with the rules laid down by hygiene regulations and current legislation can access the hotel. The Management has the right to demand an indemnity or compensation for any damage caused to the structure.
The right to protection of the personal data of each guest is ensured by the observance of the provisions of the law 196/2003.
It is forbidden to smoke anywhere inside the hotel including the bedrooms (art.51 of Law 3 of 16/01/03). Guests are kindly requested to take advantage of the outdoor areas of the hotel to smoke.
PHONING FROM BEDROOMS:
In order to use the telephone from the bedroom, it is necessary to call reception by pressing 9, and ask for the line. Once this is done first press 0 and then the prefix and the number required.

Bookings can be made in the following ways: A) directly at the hotel: it is enough for the guest to give his details and compile an ID card. B) by phone, fax or e-mail : in these cases reservation is considered completed and concluded when the guest sends a copy of the payment of the deposit by bank transfer or postal order previously agreed with the Management. C.) On-line: it is possibile to make reservations via the Booking on-line present on our site or on the portals where our accommodation is inserted (booking.com; venere.com; expedia.it; trivago.it; gabiccemare.com; gabiccemareturismo.com).

DEPOSTING VALUABLES :
All the hotel rooms are equipped with a key-lock deposit box. Should guests consider this unsuitable for their personal necessities, they are welcome to deposit their valuables in the hotel safe. The Management is obliged by law to accept the custody of valuables in general, banknotes, deeds, securities and other important papers, but is at liberty to refuse custody of objects that are dangerous, too bulky or overly valuable.
REST HOURS :
Guests are kindly requested to keep their voices down during rest hours, between 2.30pm and 4.30pm, and between 11pm and 8am and not to disturb their fellow guests in any other way. Television and radio volumes must be kept low particularly during rest hours.
The hotel offers its guests the chance to use their INTERNET POINT, inside the TV and READING ROOM on the 1st floor. Guests who intend to make use of this service will need a personal password which they can acquire from reception.
MEDICAL ATTENTION AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES :
The hotel Management is at the complete disposal of guests needing medical attention, providing the necessary telephone numbers, accompanying guests to the emergency medical service, to hospital or to the chemist’s open 24/7. Ongoing infectious diseases must be communicated to the Management.
SHUTTLE SERVICE :
The hotel offers its guests a free shuttle service to and from car parks situated outside the town. It is advisable to book the service well in advance at reception in order to avoid regrettable overlapping and allow everyone to benefit.
